Yes – piercing is safe, as long as it is performed in a professional studio and with proper hygiene standards. In our studio, we work exclusively with sterile equipment, and all tools are properly disinfected and sterilized. Each sterile item is opened in front of the client.

The procedure is carried out in controlled, hygienic conditions by an experienced specialist who selects the appropriate technique and jewelry suited to your anatomy. We use high-quality materials (such as implant-grade titanium) to minimize the risk of allergic reactions and support proper healing.

Proper aftercare is just as important as the procedure itself – following the recommendations significantly reduces the risk of infection or complications.

Mild redness, bruising, or swelling at the beginning is normal. If you experience severe pain, pus, or prolonged inflammation – contact us first.

Yes, but for the first few days it’s best to avoid intense physical activity and contact with sweat or dirt. For some placements (e.g. navel), we recommend taking a short break.

§1 General provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for providing piercing services and concluding agreements.
The client is required to read and accept these terms.

§2 Definitions

TERMS & CONDITIONS – the regulations of Enigma Piercing studio
PIERCING – a body modification involving creating an opening in the body to insert jewelry
PROCEDURE – a process that breaks the continuity of the skin or mucosa to perform a piercing
CLIENT – an adult individual undergoing the piercing procedure
STUDIO – Enigma Tattoo Magdalena Laskowska-Kulesza, ul. Białołęcka 253F/43, 03-253 Warsaw, NIP: 7621835294
PIERCER – the person performing the piercing procedure
STUDIO PREMISES – a designated part of the building at Naruszewicza 10 used for business activity and subcontractors
JEWELRY – sterile decorative element inserted into the piercing
APPOINTMENT – the scheduled time for the procedure, including preparation and aftercare instructions
DEPOSIT – a payment made to secure the booking (if applicable)
TREATMENT ROOM – the room where procedures are performed
WORKSTATION – a space used for tools, materials, and equipment during the procedure

§3 Booking, deposit, and payment rules

The price of piercing depends on the placement, type of jewelry, and complexity of the procedure.
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment.
The studio specifies the payment method and deadline.
The deposit is non-refundable. Failure to attend results in loss of the deposit (unless canceled by the studio – then 100% refund applies).
Payment is made on the day of the procedure.

The piercer may reschedule if:
there are skin conditions preventing proper work (e.g. irritation, infection),
the client’s physical condition prevents safe procedure
(in such cases not caused by the studio, the deposit is forfeited).

§4 Procedure and jewelry

The piercer selects the appropriate technique and jewelry based on the client’s anatomy.
All jewelry used in the initial piercing is sterile and of high quality (e.g. implant-grade titanium ASTM F136).
The piercer may refuse the procedure without explanation if safety standards are not met.
The procedure may be stopped if the client feels unwell.

§5 Studio rules

The client must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No accompanying persons are allowed in the treatment room.
Do not touch any tools or equipment at the workstation.
Animals are not allowed.
If required, partial removal of clothing may be necessary to perform the piercing correctly.

§6 Responsibility

The piercing is performed at the client’s own responsibility.
Before the procedure, the client must sign a consent form.
The studio is not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.
All procedures are performed under sterile conditions using disposable equipment.
Detailed aftercare instructions are provided after the procedure.

§7 Photo consent

The studio has the right to take photos and/or videos of the piercing and use them for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).
By accepting these terms, the client agrees to this.

§8 Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
They can be used for piercing services at Enigma studio.
Validity: 12 months from purchase.
Expired vouchers are not refundable.
When booking with a voucher, its value may be treated as a deposit.

§9 Final provisions

By booking or undergoing the procedure, the client accepts these terms.
The studio reserves the right to update the terms.
These terms are effective from January 2, 2025.
